In today’s business world, companies and individuals must constantly evolve to stay competitive. The ability to develop innovative solutions is crucial for survival, ensuring that businesses can navigate challenges efficiently without simply relying on financial resources. Systematic problem-solving plays a key role in this process, allowing organizations to tackle obstacles with a structured approach.
When faced with a problem, people and organizations generally take one of two paths:
Companies that foster a culture of systematic problem-solving are better equipped to adapt to market changes. Many successful startups thrive because they focus on creativity and efficiency rather than relying solely on monetary resources. However, as businesses grow and accumulate wealth, they often shift toward MPS, which can reduce agility and stifle long-term innovation.
To sustain growth and remain competitive, companies must integrate innovative solutions into their problem-solving processes. This means fostering an environment where employees are encouraged to think critically, test alternative strategies, and apply systematic problem-solving methods to optimize performance.
To survive and thrive in a dynamic business landscape, organizations must prioritize innovative solutions over short-term monetary fixes. By embracing systematic problem-solving, businesses can develop sustainable strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous innovation.
Start fostering a culture of innovation today by implementing systematic problem-solving techniques in your business.

Hi. i have just joined this website I am working using TRIZ techniques I am a mechanical engineer in one automotive company working in R&D. I think MPS and IPS are surely the problem solving techniques but I think there are more of them, some times there is money but we don’t have that option to pay we have to be innovative thinking in such times.
e.g. suppose we are trapped on a island where no man is there but I have lot of money and I need a boat to get out of there so in this case MPS is not applicable and have to be IPS and hard work too. is there any other problem solving technique for such situations or just IPS we can say.
